Throughout the process, we keep applicants regularly updated on their application status, reducing the need for them to chase progress. Once referencing is completed, the Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement and related paperwork are prepared and sent electronically for signatures. Upon completion, all documents are securely uploaded to your software for easy access and full records.
